If something arrives damaged

Check your piece while the courier is still there — if it's torn, damaged, or not what you ordered, flag it on the spot and refuse the delivery. Already opened it and noticed a problem? Reach out within 24–48 hours of delivery and we'll sort a replacement or refund.

If the size isn't right

Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their tags attached
  • Return shipping is on you — we'll cover the cost of sending the new size back out
